Outpatient Pediatric Physician - Coastal, SC

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Outpatient-only | Monday–Friday
• 36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours weekly
• 1:6 Call coverage; after-hours triaged by nurse line
• Dedicated nurse and full support team
• EMR: Cerner with Dragon dictation + Ambient AI

 DAY-TO-DAY:

• 20–25 patients per day (average)
• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care from newborns through adolescence.
• Perform well-child visits, preventive care, immunizations, sports physicals, and school health evaluations.
• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries through scheduled and same-day visits.
• Manage chronic pediatric conditions and provide ongoing follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families on nutrition, developmental milestones, behavioral health, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
• Collaborate with specialists and care teams to coordinate high-quality patient care.
• Utilize in-office services including immunizations, vision and hearing screenings, and age-appropriate preventive testing
