What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology consultations and follow-up care
- Oversee patient treatment plans in a clinic setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases (referrals for inpatient work)
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and documentation standards
- Participate in overall patient management and ongoing care planning
- Maintain clear communication with patients and care teams
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Medical License in Wisconsin
- Experience in outpatient Hematology and Oncology
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
Preferred:
- Experience with outpatient clinical workflows
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
