What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology consultations and follow-up care.
• Oversee patient treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Manage new patient consultations and ongoing care for existing patients.
• Support the facility by maintaining clinical documentation and adherence to protocols.
• Participate in patient education and coordinate care referrals when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies.

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure
• Prior experience in outpatient Hematology or Oncology
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience managing a diverse adult patient population
• Ability to work independently in a clinic setting
