What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient neurological assessments and treatments.
- Interpret EEGs and perform procedures such as lumbar punctures and brain death examinations.
- Cover inpatient hospital needs, including EEG reads.
- Manage 6–8 patients daily during hospital coverage.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams using Cerner EMR.
- Participate in 24-hour weekend call coverage.
- Conduct neurological examinations and interpret radiologic exams.
What You Need
Required:
- Medical license in Michigan with board certification in Neurology
- Prior outpatient and inpatient neurology experience
- Skills in EEG interpretation, lumbar puncture, and neurological assessments
Preferred:
- Experience with hospital-based neurological care
- Ability to manage complex neurological conditions and emergency procedures
