Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) – Outpatient Primary Care | Hollywood, FL

Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Hollywood, Florida medical center.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys caring for a diverse, multigenerational patient population—from pediatrics through geriatrics and is bilingual in English and Spanish. You will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care in a collaborative, value-based environment designed to support excellent patient outcomes, preventive care, and long-term patient relationships.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient primary care
• All-ages patient population: Pediatrics through Geriatrics
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities

Physician Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Provide preventive care, annual wellness visits, immunizations, and health screenings
• Manage chronic diseases and develop individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the multidisciplinary care team
• Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations
• Educate patients and families regarding preventive health, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Participate in quality improvement, preventive care, and population health initiatives
• Deliver culturally responsive, compassionate care to a diverse patient population in both English and Spanish

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability and willingness to care for patients across the lifespan
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred
