Job Description

PeaceHealth is seeking a full-time General Cardiologist to join a well-established cardiovascular program in scenic Bellingham, Washington. Work alongside a highly collaborative team of 13 General Cardiologists, 4 Interventional Cardiologists, 3 Electrophysiologists, 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 3 Vascular Surgeons and 12 Advanced Practice Clinicians. This experienced group offers a supportive environment with deep clinical expertise and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Position Details:

  • Full-time position; non-invasive cardiology
  • Inpatient and outpatient care; primary focus on clinic-based care
  • 18 patients per day
  • Shared call is 1:8
  • Cardiopulmonary Stress Testing, Cardiac MR, 3-D TEE, and dual source Cardiac CTA on site
  • Robust clinical and support staff including an NP dedicated for Heart Failure
  • Epic EMR

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be an MD/DO and board-certified/board-eligible in Cardiology
  • 2 to 3 years of experience preferred; will consider candidates graduating from fellowship
  • Board Certification in Echo and Nuclear Medicine is required
  • Interest in the opportunity to manage outpatient and inpatient responsibilities
  • Interest in working at two satellite clinics
