PeaceHealth is seeking an OB Hospitalist (MD/DO) to join our well-established, highly collaborative OB Hospitalist program at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, Washington.

Compensation & Benefits
· 0.8 FTE: $295,725.60 annually (128 shifts/year); shift-based salary model – fulfill required shifts and enjoy flexibility with time off

Program & Facility Highlights
PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center supports "2,000 deliveries annually for a 229,000?person community, featuring a Level II Special Care Nursery, and 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist support. OB Hospitalists provide inpatient triage, unassigned patient care, and obstetric emergency coverage (>20 weeks) and are supported by an active OB simulation program, Blue Distinction Center of Excellence designation, and participation in the WSHA Perinatal Safety Roadmap.
Ideal Candidate
· Board?Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN with OB Hospitalist experience preferred
· Collaborative, confident clinician who enjoys team?based care with CNMs and nursing staff
· Comfortable managing high?acuity obstetrics while maintaining a predictable, shift?based schedule
· Drawn to caring for diverse and underserved communities
