Primary Care Physician – West Palm Beach, FL | $320K+ 15 Patients/Day

Job Description
Join a leading primary care organization focused on providing high-quality, preventive care to adults 65+. This physician-friendly model offers lower patient volume, more time with patients, and no RVU pressure, allowing you to focus on relationships and long-term outcomes rather than volume.
Compensation & Benefits- $320,000+ year-one earning potential
- Competitive sign-on bonus
- Full benefits starting Day 1
- Occurrence-based malpractice coverage
- No Florida state income tax
- Approximately 15 patients per day
- Monday-Friday, No nights or Weekends
- Focus on preventive care and chronic disease management
- No RVU-driven compensation
- Integrated team including NP/PAs, MAs, social workers, lab/pharmacy support, and referral coordination
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Geriatric experience preferred
- HEDIS experience a plus
