Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician Needed in New York

You will work in Fonda, a village in and the county seat of Montgomery County, New York. It is on the north bank of the Mohawk River opposite the Village of Fultonville.

• Flexible schedule with 4 or 5 days per week, 40 hours total
• Light call rotation shared among all physicians at 1:12
• Outpatient-only position with 15 - 18 patients per day
• Hospital-employed role with an independently owned and operated facility
• Team of 8 Family Practitioners and 6 Internists across 11 centers
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine candidates welcome; residents considered
• Board-certified or board-eligible candidates accepted
• Addiction medicine experience is a strong plus
