  • License/Certs: Active CA medical license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, BC or BE (within 3-5 years of residency)
  • Experience: Neonatal airway management, neonatal emergent procedures, and pediatric ICU skills preferred but not required

What You’ll Do
  • Provide inpatient pediatric and neonatal care, including NICU support with neonatology experience
  • Manage neonatal airway interventions such as intubation and needle decompression
  • Perform emergent UVC/UAC placements in delivery settings
  • Conduct lumbar punctures and interpret EKGs
  • Support neonatal resuscitations and manage preemies down to 32 weeks
  • Collaborate with ED and anesthesia teams for pediatric airway management and stabilization
  • Assist with chest tube insertions and ventilator management (preferred but not required)

What You Need
  • Active California medical license
  • Appropriate Board Certification (BC or BE) within 3–5 years of residency
  • Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certifications
  • Neonatal airway management and neonatal ICU experience preferred
  • Ability to handle high-acuity neonatal cases and complex pediatric populations
