Practice Details

Sanford Clinic Worthington is looking to add one BE/BC pediatrician to its primary care group.

• Group consists of Family Medicine, Ob/Gyn,

Radiation and Medical Oncologists, General

Surgeons, Pediatricians, Orthopedic Surgeon,

Podiatrist, Emergency Medicine, Hospitalists, and

various Advanced Practice Providers

• Primarily Outpatient Practice with Inpatient and

Newborn Nursery responsibilities

• Sanford Worthington provides Diabetic Education,

Dietician, RN Care Manager and an Integrated

Health Behavioral Therapist embedded in the clinic

• Collaborate with numerous pediatric sub-specialists

within Sanford Children's. Access to renowned

Sanford Children's Hospital

• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• J1 eligible

Compensation Package

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $244,280 - $316,127 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
