What You’ll Do:

• Provide urology consultations and management of patients requiring specialized urological care
• Perform surgeries including ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy
• Support hospital staff with 24-hour call coverage
• Conduct diagnostic procedures and consultations for complex cases
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting
• Maintain documentation and EMR updates using Cerner system
• Respond to patient callbacks (average 2-6 hours per day)

What You Need:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in urology
• Active Arizona medical license or IMLC license
• DEA registration
• At least 1 year of urology experience
• Strong surgical skills in procedures such as ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with TRUS biopsy or in-clinic vasectomy
• Familiarity with robotic surgery (not required)
