Family Medicine Physician in Fort Collins | | 4-Day Week + $20K Sign-On

We're seeking a Board Certified, Family Medicine Physician at our Community Health Clinic in Fort Collins, CO.

No hospital work required

We offer:

• Starting Annual Salary: $213,100 to $247,900
• $20k Sign-on Bonus
• 4-day work week (32 scheduled patient hours per week)

Experience:

• No prior experience

Licensure:

• Possess a license to practice medicine in good standing in the State of Colorado
• Board certification in family medicine
• J1 visa waiver docs are eligible, but board certification has to be in family medicine

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
• Ability to speak Spanish is preferred
