Job Description
Every day, you will independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with severe and life-threatening conditions, applying advanced physiological understanding and evidence-based intensive care practices. You will expertly perform critical procedures, lead daily rounds, interpret complex diagnostic data, and formulate comprehensive, dynamic treatment plans. You will meticulously document all interventions, communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, families, and the entire ICU team, and ensure strict adherence to all clinical protocols, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
To excel in this role, you must possess unparalleled clinical acumen, exceptional diagnostic capabilities, and decisive leadership under pressure. You should be committed to continuous learning in critical care advancements, dedicated to fostering a collaborative and compassionate ICU culture, and genuinely passionate about improving the survival and recovery of our most vulnerable patients.
Job Requirements
- ABA, ABIM, or ABS Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Critical Care
- Candidates boarded in Emergency Medicine will be considered
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA
- Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
