Pay & Benefits:
- Pay package: $287,000 – $347,000 annually, based on experience

What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform preventive health screenings and wellness visits
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct pediatric visits, including immunizations and assessments
- Educate patients and families about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and specialists
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
- Support quality improvement initiatives
- Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care to an underserved community
What You Need:
- Active Texas Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Minimum of 2 years outpatient primary care experience
- Excellent diagnostic, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to serving underserved populations and providing high-quality care
Preferred:
- Experience with chronic disease management and preventive care
- Ability to build trusting relationships with diverse patient populations
About the Assignment:This position is at a reputable outpatient facility dedicated to providing accessible, comprehensive healthcare to an underserved community. The role involves a balanced schedule focused on outpatient services, including both pediatric and adult medicine.
