Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Perform thoracic and cardiovascular surgical procedures including CABG, AVR/MVR/TEVSG, EVSG, carotid endarterectomy, PVD, and pericardial window.
- Provide care within CVICU, ICU, and cardiac step-down units as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Monitor and manage post-operative recovery for cardiac patients.
- Maintain documentation in compliance with hospital protocols and standards.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
What You Need:
- Valid Medical License in Tennessee
- Board certification or eligibility in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Prior experience in ICU, CVICU, or cardiac step-down units (preferred)
- Strong surgical skills in thoracic and cardiovascular procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
