What You’ll Do

• Assist in urological surgeries and procedures, including stone cases and stent placements
• Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to any immediate needs during procedures
• Educate patients and families about procedures, care plans, and post-operative instructions

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Wisconsin Nursing License (RN or applicable)
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of experience in Urology nursing or relevant field
• Strong understanding of urological procedures such as stone cases and stent placements
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in a hospital or outpatient urology unit
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling needs
