What You’ll Do
- Assist in urological surgeries and procedures, including stone cases and stent placements
- Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to any immediate needs during procedures
- Educate patients and families about procedures, care plans, and post-operative instructions
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Wisconsin Nursing License (RN or applicable)
- BLS certification
- 2+ years of experience in Urology nursing or relevant field
- Strong understanding of urological procedures such as stone cases and stent placements
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital or outpatient urology unit
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling needs
