What You’ll Do
- Provide urgent emergency care in a busy hospital setting during assigned shifts
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of emergency cases including complex cases during night hours
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Document patient encounters thoroughly in electronic medical records
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
What You Need
- Valid Texas Medical License and current medical certifications (ACLS, PALS, BLS)
- Prior emergency medicine or urgent care experience (preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
- Flexibility to cover assigned shifts
