Department of Orthopaedics - Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon - Pittsburgh, Wexford Hospital

Allegheny Health Network’s (AHN), Department of Orthopaedics is recruiting an Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery to join our team serving the greater Pittsburgh area. Play an essential role in providing surgical care with a premier academic Medical System affiliated with Drexel University Medical School. As a major teaching facility, Allegheny Health Network serves as a Level 1 Adult Trauma Center and provides orthopedic care in all subspecialties.

You will serve pediatric patients with general orthopedic conditions in addition to routine fracture care.

We welcome established physicians as well as support newer physicians who are looking to develop their skills and grow their career.  Allegheny Health Network’s Pediatric Orthopedic Surgical Division is supported by a growing Pediatric Institute with 42 pediatricians and multiple pediatric outpatient facilities. This position will be located at Wexford Hospital, AHN’s newest state-of-the-art hospital, within the North Hills of Pittsburgh.

Job Qualifications

• Certified or eligible for certification in Orthopedic Surgery
• Successful completion of fellowship training in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery 
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
