Position Highlights

• Glaucoma Specialist opportunity within a highly regarded multispecialty ophthalmology practice

• Primary locations include Marietta, Cartersville, and West Cobb, with access to a large established referral network

• 100% outpatient practice with approximately 35 patients per day

• Expected volume of 10-20 surgical cases per week plus 8-15 laser procedures weekly

• Initial surgery and laser schedule every other week, with opportunity to expand as volume grows

• Practice call only, approximately six one-week assignments per year, with additional compensation provided

• No hospital call requirements

• Dedicated physician support including a lead ophthalmic technician, scribe, and additional technical staff

• Access to two surgery centers with a combined seven operating rooms

• Opportunity to join a physician-engaged culture with strong leadership involvement and practice growth potential

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology

• Completion of an accredited Glaucoma Fellowship required

• Excellent surgical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care

• Practice-building mindset with strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills

• 2027 fellows and experienced glaucoma specialists encouraged to apply
