- Experience: Experience in community clinics, FQHCs, or rural clinics preferred
Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Conduct new patient exams, cleanings, X-rays, and simple extractions for pediatric and emergency adult cases
- Provide dental care to low-income, under-insured, and uninsured populations, including children, pregnant women, and patients with special needs
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of dentists, hygienists, and staff to deliver high-quality care
- Support mobile dental programs, traveling throughout Sonoma County to access high-need populations
- Ensure compliance with all clinic protocols and safety standards
- Assist with community outreach and education initiatives (preferred but not required)
What You Need
- Active or in-process dental license in California, preferred but not mandatory
- Mid-career experience, ideally in community health, FQHC, or rural clinics
- Experience with pediatric dentistry and special needs populations strongly preferred
- Spanish speaking skills highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and a passion for community service

Providence Dental Clinic, established in 1990, serves over 8,000 low-income patients annually, focusing on children ages 0-20, including those with special needs. The clinic emphasizes community outreach, including a mobile dental program that provides care across Sonoma County via two mobile units, reaching populations with limited access to traditional dental services.
