Solinsky EyeCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our established team in Hartford, Connecticut. 

We are a growing, multidisciplinary eye care organization committed to providing exceptional patient care through advanced technology, clinical expertise, and a personalized approach. Our network includes 11 Connecticut locations and a collaborative team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, technicians, and clinical professionals. 

The Opportunity 

This is an excellent opportunity for an ophthalmologist seeking a broad-based medical and surgical practice with the ability to build lasting patient relationships. The physician will evaluate and treat a diverse range of ocular conditions, with opportunities in: 

• Comprehensive ophthalmology 

• Cataract evaluation and surgery 

• Glaucoma 

• Anterior segment disease 

• Dry eye and ocular surface disorders 

• Other medical and surgical eye conditions 

The physician will collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and support staff to provide coordinated, high-quality care. Opportunities for collaboration across nearby Connecticut locations may also be available based on clinical interests and experience. 

Qualifications 

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school 

• Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency 

• Board Certified or Board Eligible 

• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure 

• Strong clinical and surgical skills 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care 

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team 

• Fellowship or subspecialty training is welcome
