Opportunity to join a practice with a highly experienced vascular surgeon who has brought many “firsts” to a rural health system that serves a diverse patient population with a distinct combination of demographic, economic, and health-related factors that drive critical demand for vascular surgeons. The RVU salary model rewards clinical productivity that surpasses predetermined baseline thresholds, resulting in excess compensation.
Compensation & Benefits:
Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Call Schedule/Support: Shared call with current full-time Vascular Surgeon. Minimum of 10 days per month, including one weekend.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Clinic 1 day per week, Surgical Procedures & Wound Care Center Combined- 4 days per week
Average Inpatient Census: 7-10 patients daily
Typical # of Outpatients/Day: 15-20 patients for clinic/day (provider dependent on preferences)
Performance Criteria: Since November 2024, the Vascular Surgery Department has seen extensive growth year-over-year. This growth spans the clinic and procedural areas, with over 65% growth in attended clinic visits and over 35% procedural growth.
Clinic Locations: (Consultation only), Sistersville General Hospital Clinic (Interpretation of Vascular Studies)
