Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, SC is recruiting a BC/BE Internal Medicine & Infectious Disease physician. This position will include outpatient primary care and infectious disease inpatient consults.

Responsibilities:

  • Support ARMC's mission of delivering high quality, compassionate care to the community of Aiken and surrounding area
  • Provide comprehensive internal medicine and infectious disease care in a community setting
  • Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of infectious diseases and internal medicine conditions
  • Provide preventative care including well visits, screenings, and health education including Diabetes Education
  • Manage both acute and chronic conditions, including infection prevention, treatment planning, and follow-up care

Requirements:

  • BC/BE Internal Medicine & Infectious Disease
  • Active, clear SC license and DEA or ability to obtain
  • Clean professional background
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate bedside manner
  • Commitment to team-based care, teaching, and outpatient practice
