Your Practice

As a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist, you will:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and manage a broad range of ocular conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on patient outcomes.
• Perform cataract extraction, glaucoma procedures, and other anterior segment surgeries.
• Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and other clinical staff.
• Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and long-term eye health.
• Utilize modern ophthalmic technology and stay current with advances in the field.

Cornea and/or glaucoma interests are welcome.

Physicians interested in relocating within the Northeast, including New York, are also encouraged to apply. There is flexibility to place strong candidates in nearby markets.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base compensation + wRVU productivity incentives
• Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus, depending on location
• $4,000 annual CME allowance
• License and DEA reimbursement

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology
• Fellowship training welcome depending on practice needs
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted CT and/or NJ medical license
• Eligible for state CDS registration and DEA certification
• No visa sponsorship available
