The Opportunity

Gynecology & Fertility, a well-established private practice located on the Bryan East Campus in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join our collaborative team of five physicians. This position has opened as part of thoughtful succession planning of an upcoming physician retirement, offering a rare opportunity to step into a thriving, high-volume practice with a built-in patient base and a clear path to partnership.

Our physicians care for the full spectrum of women's health — from routine gynecologic care through high-risk obstetrics — supported by an outstanding team and close collaboration with Bryan Health, including both employed and community-based specialists.

Practice Highlights

• Private practice with partnership track
• Join a well-established team of 5 physicians known for a strong, collaborative culture
• Average of 18–20 patients per day
• Average of 10 deliveries per month per physician
• 5–10 new patients weekly — ample volume to build a panel quickly
• Rotating 1:5 call schedule, including one weekend per month
• Home call (deliveries, emergencies, and weekend rounding)
• On-call weekend physician works Friday mornings in-office
• Monday–Thursday standard work week
• Robotic surgical block included
• Full-scope contraceptive services provided
• In-office procedure room and laboratory
• Dedicated ultrasound technologist
• Robust support staff, including dedicated nursing, triage nursing, and high-risk patient nursing
