Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and geriatric patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Promote preventive medicine and wellness initiatives
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers

Minimum Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain Florida licensure
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Demonstrated sensitivity to the unique needs of the elderly population
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care
• Commitment to teamwork and quality outcomes
