About the Role

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will:

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Promote preventive health and wellness
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Help improve healthcare access in a rural community setting

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Idaho medical license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
• DEA and Controlled Substance License
• BLS Certification
