• 4-day work week offering excellent work-life balance
• Join 6 pediatricians and 3 NPs in a well-established practice
• 100% outpatient with approximately 20 patients per day
• Manageable call split among 5 physicians with nurse triage support
• Evening hours 1 day per week; start at 11 am and work until 7:45 pm
• Rotating Saturday coverage approximately 4 hours; no Sundays
• Partnership track available
• Located in New Jersey, 25 - 35 minutes from Philadelphia
