Family Medicine Physician

Providence St. John’s Medical Foundation is seeking a full-time, Family Medicine physician to join a collegial, outpatient, primary care group of providers. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance in Santa Monica, on the coast of beautiful southern California.

• Compensation is between $280,000 and $316,000 per year
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above

Providence Saint John's Medical Foundation is the chief financial engine contributing to state-of-the-art facilities, technology, programs and philanthropic support for healthcare providers working with Providence Saint John's Health Center, the John Wayne Cancer Institute and Providence's medical groups and clinics in Santa Monica. Over the years, philanthropic efforts have successfully raised more than $600 million, including $370 million dedicated to rebuilding the Saint John's Health Center after the 1994 Northridge earthquake.
