Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of a Dermatology Residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Dermatology.
• Current, unrestricted Virginia Medical License.
• Valid DEA and DPS registrations for prescription writing.
