Interventional Cardiologist | One-Year Partnership Track | South Georgia

Archbold Medical Center and Cardiovascular Consultants of South Georgia are seeking a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join an established cardiovascular practice in Thomasville, Georgia. This is a growth opportunity offering a balanced mix of cath lab and clinic responsibilities, an established physician and APP team, and eligibility for partnership after just one year.

  • Join an established team of 9 physicians and 17 APPs
  • Full-time Interventional Cardiology opportunity
  • Mix of cath lab and outpatient clinic
  • Approximately 20–22 outpatient patients per day
  • Volume designed to increase as the new physician ramps up
  • Partnership eligibility after one year
  • Hospital consult service and PM call approximately Q5
  • Weekend call approximately Q5
  • Cerner Millennium EMR
  • Access to a broad range of specialties
  • In-house Echo, LEA, ABI, carotid ultrasound and Holter monitoring
  • Leadership opportunities may be available
  • Teaching, research and committee involvement available for interested physicians

Academic Opportunities

Physicians interested in academics have opportunities to participate in teaching and professional development. Archbold serves as a clinical rotation site for Florida State University College of Medicine, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), and Medical College of Georgia. Archbold also hosts the Medical College of Georgia Internal Medicine Residency.

Teaching, research and committee opportunities are available based on physician interest.
