What You’ll Do

• Perform clinical and procedural work including atrial fibrillation ablations
• Manage a mix of approximately 60-70% clinic and 30-40% procedural duties
• Conduct patient consultations and follow-up care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in scheduled orientation and ongoing training
• Adhere to hospital protocols and quality standards
• Handle EP cases, excluding VT, PVC, or extractions

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Minnesota
• At least 2 years of EP experience after fellowship
• Proficiency in Epic, with recent (within 12 months) experience
• Strong procedural skills in atrial fibrillation and ablation
• Ability to commit to at least 6 months
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
