• Full-spectrum nephrology practice with outpatient, hospital, and dialysis responsibilities
• Established team of 13 physicians and 3 APPs
• Practice supports 26 dialysis units and 10 hospitals
• Six practice locations throughout the Oklahoma City area
• Established home dialysis program
• Vascular access center available
• Partnership opportunity within 1 year
• Medical directorship opportunities shared among partners
• Potential joint venture buy-in opportunity after 30 months

Exceptional Call Schedule

Enjoy a call structure designed with work-life balance in mind:

• Maximum of 2 weekday call shifts per month
• Maximum of 1–2 weekend days per month
• Highly manageable overall call burden
• Broad clinical support from an experienced physician and APP team

Compensation & Benefits

• $280,000 annual base salary + bonus opportunity
• $10,000 relocation or signing bonus
• Partnership opportunity after 1 year
• Potential JV buy-in opportunity after 30 months

• 5 CME days + $1,500 CME allowance
