Access TeleCare, a national leader in advanced inpatient and outpatient behavioral health solutions, is actively seeking Board-Certified Psychiatrists to join our expanding clinical team.

Key Clinical Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Inpatient Consultations:Conduct specialized psychiatric evaluations for patients across medical, surgical, ICU, and dedicated specialty hospital units.
• Diagnostic & Treatment Management:Perform thorough psychiatric assessments and manage complex conditions, including acute mood disorders, delirium, psychosis, substance use disorders, cognitive impairments, and acute behavioral disturbances.
• Interdisciplinary Leadership:Serve as a collaborative clinical leader providing supervision and mentorship to Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Credentials:Medical degree (MD or DO) with active Board Certification in Psychiatry.
• Licensure:Active, unrestricted medical license in one or more priority states (multi-state licensure strongly preferred):
  • AL, AZ, CA, FL, IL, LA, MA, MI, MO, NC, NJ, PA, SC, TX, TN, VA, WA, WI
• Licensing Support:Must be eligible for additional state licenses and hospital credentialing (Access TeleCare fully funds, manages, and expedites state licensing and credentialing on your behalf).
• Experience:Telehealth background is welcomed but not required—comprehensive onboarding provided.
• Work Authorization:Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Flexible Shift Schedules & Coverage Options

1. Daytime & Evening Shifts

• Structure:Monday – Friday core coverage plus two weekend shifts per month.
• Available Shifts:
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
  • 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight) EST

2. Nocturnal Coverage

• Structure:12:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST
• Priority States for Nocturnists:CA, FL, KS, MA, NC, TX (multi-state combinations preferred).
