Northwest Permanente is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Gastroenterologist to join our growing team in Salem, Oregon.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Rewards Value: $790,600 - $956,900*
Northwest Permanente offers competitive compensation that is not tied to a fee-for-service model, allowing physicians to focus on patient care rather than production metrics.
Compensation
- Annual base salary: $704,340 - $749,250, prorated to 0.9 FTE
- Estimated Total Rewards value: $790,600 - $956,900*
