Position Details

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
Department: Primary Care Institute
Setting: 100% Outpatient with flexible options for urban, suburban, and rural practices

Practice Highlights

  • Flexible scheduling including 4- or 5-day workweeks, telemedicine integration, and part-time availability
  • Manageable daily patient volumes with a typical schedule of 18 22 patients per day
  • Shared telephone-only call coverage
  • Strong team-based support with Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Care Managers, and Pharmacists
  • Fully integrated Epic EMR across all sites
