Physician - Family Medicine with OB - Elk River, MN

Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine with OB physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics Elk River located in Elk River, Minnesota. This clinic is a conveniently located community clinic on Main Street in downtown Elk River that offers comprehensive care for your entire family, through all stages of life.

Practice Details:

• 15 provider primary care practice which includes 10 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Patient encounters average 15-18 patients per day.
• Opening: 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.
• Call Frequency: 3 weeks per year.
• As part of Fairview s Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management.
• Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
• Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABMS or AOA)

• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice

• Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification

• Meet credentialing and privileging requirements
