The organization is actively recruiting Endocrinologists, Cardiologists, Nephrologists, and other specialists as it continues to expand.

As an Endocrinologist, you'll have the opportunity to build and expand an outpatient endocrinology practice while collaborating with specialists across multiple disciplines.

With an established patient population, strong internal referral network, modern facilities, and comprehensive clinical support, this position offers an opportunity to focus on evidence-based, patient-centered care and preventive medicine.

Clinical Focus & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation and management of endocrine and metabolic conditions, including:

• Diabetes Mellitus
• Thyroid Disorders
• Obesity Medicine
• Metabolic Syndrome
• Osteoporosis
• Other Endocrine Disorders

Clinical areas of focus include:

• Outpatient endocrine disease management
• Insulin therapy
• Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)
• Insulin pump management
• Evidence-based, patient-centered care and preventive medicine
• Collaboration with cardiology, nephrology, vascular medicine, podiatry, and primary care providers
• Accurate clinical documentation and effective use of electronic medical records
• Helping build and expand an outpatient endocrinology practice

Qualifications

Required:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism, or anticipated completion before employment begins
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience or strong clinical interest in diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, obesity medicine, metabolic syndrome, osteoporosis, and other endocrine disorders
• Proficiency in outpatient endocrine disease management, including insulin therapy, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and insulin pump management
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care and preventive medicine
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to collaborate with cardiology, nephrology, vascular medicine, podiatry, and primary care providers
• Comfort using electronic medical records and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Interest in building and expanding an outpatient endocrinology practice
