Summary
This Internal Medicine opportunity offers flexibility to choose between two practice models based on your preferred work style.
The 100% Clinical Outpatient option allows physicians to focus primarily on outpatient care with only minor inpatient rounding; all inpatient care is managed by a dedicated hospitalist team, with no hospital coverage and only one holiday phone call per year.
The Traditional Internal Medicine option includes weekday hospital rounding on your own patients prior to clinic, with full support from the hospitalist group for nighttime coverage and all admissions. Both models are designed to provide strong support and an excellent work–life balance.
