Community Medical Center is a 146-bed acute care facility located in Missoula, Montana. Accredited by The Joint Commission, Community Medical Center boasts many service lines, including surgical services with the daVinci surgical robot, Level III trauma center, and the highest quality obstetrical and newborn care with a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Community Medical Center's Rehabilitation Center is the largest, most comprehensive and longest-standing program of its kind in the state of Montana. It is noted for its brain and spinal cord injury, as well as stroke and orthopedic rehab programs and includes a transitional day treatment program for brain injury survivors. There are 300 physicians, representing over 38 specialties of medicine.

Community Physicians Group is a dedicated group of well-trained, board certified, health professionals providing comprehensive care in 14 locations in and around Missoula. There are over 55 providers practicing medicine in primary care and specialties such as neurology, endocrinology, dermatology, thoracic and vascular surgery.
