Job Description

Envision Physician Services is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician to join our highly regarded team at the Salah Foundation Children’s Hospital at Broward Health Medical Center in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This position offers an outstanding clinical environment, competitive compensation, and the chance to work with a premier pediatric emergency medicine program.

Qualifications: Board Certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine through ABP, ABEM, or AOBEM with a completed PEM Fellowship. ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

Position Profile:

  • 27,000 annual pediatric visits
  • Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
  • 14-bed Pediatric ED including 2-bed Fast Track
  • 12-bed PICU
  • 63-Bed Level III NICU, RIPPIC Center
  • 36 hours of pediatrician coverage
  • 12-hour shifts (10 shifts/month for full-time)
  • Full sub-specialty back-up
  • EPIC EMR
  • Teaching opportunities with Pediatric Residents
  • Independent Contractor Status (1099)
