Joshua Ebel, MD Urology - George Adam, MD Urology
- Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
- Ability to choose patient mix and practice
- Group with surgical and robotics expertise
- Flexible clinic hours based on physician preference, 1.5-2 surgery days per week
- Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital and surgery center
- 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
- No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours (urologists average up to 5 calls an evening during the week, 0-3 add-on cases a day)
- BVHS Aquablation, Office procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections)
- Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous)
- Four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with da Vinci® Table Motion
- Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
- Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term plus wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
- Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
