Family Medicine Physician, Green Bay, WI area - 4 day work week!

Bellin Health is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician for our Denmark/Wrightstown Locations. This role is located just outside of Green Bay, WI - join a clinic with an existing panel of patients ready for a new Physician!

Practice Detail

• Full-time practice: 40 hours per week with a minimum of 32 hours available for patient appointments, minimum 4 day work week
• Participate in a large call group - Phone call only 1:30+
• No Hospital Requirements
• No weekend or holidays, except for on-call weekends

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Board certified in appropriate specialty by the American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau for Osteopathic Specialists with a current, unrestricted license to practice;
• Board eligible and graduate from an ACGME or AOA accredited residency training program within the last five (5) years;
• Pass all eligibility requirements of Bellin Medical Staff
