We are a democratic 14 partner group looking to hire one more ER physician. 

• Level two trauma center
• 42 beds
• 75k annual visits
• 350 bed hospital located two hours NW of Dallas Fort Worth
• Very competitive hourly salary
• Partnership track
• Highly stable group (30-year history) with great relations with the hospital with very low turnover
• Relocation fee and sign on bonus given by hospital.
• Turnaround time to dispo typically 2 to 3 hours. (I can even get MRIs and dispo within that time frame)
• 2pph average
• 10-hour 6 MD shifts with scribes available
• 30-hour APP coverage in fast track
• Four full time nocturnists so overnight shifts minimal
• Attached CDU run by senior APPs with physician backup
• Epic EMR
• No psych holds and 24-hour
• ER social work who can place patients directly to nursing homes
• Amazing relationship with hospitalist group who admits everything and no push back! Current or in process Texas license preferred
