Urology Physician

Position Highlights:

  • Join an established practice with a diverse case mix covering only one hospital location
  • Block scheduling for surgical cases, flexible schedule options
  • Urolift and Robotics training preferred- New da Vinci Xi Surgical System
  • Two skilled advanced practice providers to support practice
  • Teaching opportunities for our residency programs affiliated with the Indiana School of Medicine
  • Practice supported by regional referral base of 240,000
  • Epic EMR and UroNav

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Generous compensation, upper $500-600K base with RVU bonus structure, along with a comprehensive benefit program
  • $150,000 sign on bonus plus early signing/stipend and loan repayment options
  • Paid relocation up to $10,000
  • PTO 31 days and 5 days/$5000 for CME
  • 401a and 403b retirement options and malpractice coverage with tail
  • Engaged Physician Board that collaborates with Administration to promote collegiality
