Urgent Care Medical Director / Family Medicine Assistant Professor – WVU Eastern Division
West Virginia University is seeking a Medical Director and Assistant Professor family physician provider for its School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine Eastern Division. Urgent Care positions will rotate shifts between facilities in Jefferson or Berkeley County WV (currently in Inwood and Charles Town). Job duties include: provide: provide oversight to the clinical operations of the urgent care facilities including provider scheduling; clinical care to Urgent Care patients and teach medical students and family medicine residents; scholarly activities are highly encouraged. Positions are full-time, hours vary and include evening and weekend coverage. Must havean M.D. degree or equivalent and successfully completed an ACGME certified residency training in Family Medicine. WV Medical License and DEA registration are both required by start date. Candidates should be board certified in Family Medicine.
