Your Practice

You'll be the cornerstone of a growing Gastroenterology program backed by the hospital and supported by an experienced team.

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking BC/BE fellowship trained Gastroenterology physicians in Paducah, Kentucky - Outpatient, Hybrid or Inpatient positions. ERCP/EUS training is a bonus but not required.

Outpatient based only or hybrid model

• Gastroenterology group consists of 3 Physicians, 4 APRNs and dedicated medical assistants 
• Routine and Advanced diagnostic/therapeutic endoscopic and surgical procedures. 
• Strong administrative and clinical support to maximize efficiency

Your practice will include:

• Colonoscopy
• Upper endoscopy (EGD)
• General outpatient Gastroenterology
• Dedicated endoscopy time built into your weekly schedule

Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule that allows you to focus on patient care while maintaining time outside of work.

• Monday-Friday
• Outpatient-focused practice

• Clinic averages 18-22 patients per day
• Epic EMR throughout system

Inpatient only model

Join an established GI practice in an entirely consultative inpatient role, supported by an excellent team of Hospitalists, ICU physicians, and Surgery colleagues. The GI team provides a comprehensive range of inpatient services, including endoscopy, colonoscopy, management of GI bleeds, foreign body removal and bowel obstruction. The position offers a shift-based schedule designed to provide flexibility and work-life balance.
