Outpatient Family Medicine Physician – No Hospital Call | Waterloo, IA
MercyOneNortheast Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join MercyOne Kimball Family Medicine, a well-established outpatient clinic in Waterloo, Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine in a single location with a strong patient base and the support of a large, integrated health system.
Position Highlights
- Join a collaborative team of 3 physicians and 1 APP
- 4.5-day workweek with excellent work-life balance
- Call 1:4 with nurse triage only; no hospital call
- Outpatient-only practice; no hospital rounds
- Single clinic location with on-site lab and imaging
- Telehealth and virtual visits supported
- Shared location with pediatric care
- Full access to MercyOne specialists and services
- H-1B visa candidates are welcome
Compensation & Benefits
- 2-year income guarantee: $290,191/year plus incentives
- $150,000 bonus package
- Relocation allowance up to $15,000
