Compensation

Base Salary Range: $250,000+

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Compensation is determined by factors including experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and applicable contracts.

In addition to base salary, eligible providers may receive variable compensation, including productivity incentives, value-based clinical incentives, sign-on bonuses, and other compensation consistent with Rochester Regional Health's provider compensation practices.
